Throughout my journey supporting women through breast cancer recovery or postpartum changes, many have shared that they were unable to participate in bodywork sessions due to the construct of traditional massage tables.
Hearing those experiences reinforced the importance of creating a space that feels supportive, accessible, and intentionally designed with women’s needs in mind.
That is why Systemic features a treatment table with a built-in Adaptive Breast Comfort system designed to better accommodate women of varying body types and stages of recovery. Because comfort is so personal, the system can be adjusted to your individual preferences, giving you greater control over your treatment experience. In addition, our table is ADA compliant and can be adjusted to a lower height, allowing for all clients to get on and off the table comfortably and confidently.
Every detail of the treatment space was considered with comfort, accessibility, and recovery in mind.
The Investment
At Systemic, pricing is based simply on the length of your session, not by modality. All sessions include a consultation, assessment, and any techniques used during treatment. There is no extra cost for add-ons, no hidden fees, and no expectation for tipping. Every aspect of treatment is built into the session fee. I strongly believe that your treatment should be guided by your needs, not by a menu of services or gratuity expectations.
Unlike traditional practices, your consultation doesn't cut into your hands-on time. Extra time is intentionally reserved for every session so we can discuss your goals and review progress without feeling rushed. Your session begins once you are on the table. Please plan for your total visit to last up to 15 minutes beyond your scheduled session length.
60-Minutes $150
Focused Care
Ideal for focused treatment, maintenance care, or addressing a specific concern. Sessions are guided by assessment and may incorporate lymphatic therapy, scar work, myofascial techniques, hot stones, or other approaches based on your individual needs.
90-Minutes $205
Comprehensive Care
Our most popular session length! This extension allows dedicated time to blend full-body support with targeted, specialized care. Sessions are highly customized and may incorporate a combination of modalities to address your specific goals.
120-Minutes $275
Extended Care
Designed for clients seeking a more in-depth session for extended full-body treatment or support for complex concerns. This appointment time allows the opportunity to address multiple goals while maintaining a therapeutic, individualized approach. Available upon request.
